Nintendo Wii Points / Virtual Console

Here's all of the characters in Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing (Wii) and their All-Star moves. These moves are a great way to catch up to the people up front and are availiable offline. However on Wi-fi, these aren't available and I think I may know why. If you go to the ChuChu's All-Star move in the video, I think there's a good reason why. But anyways, here's each characters specific All-Star:

- Sonic: Super Sonic - With the power of the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic goes Super Sonic, flying on the track and knocking anyone aside in his path.
- Tails: Tails Tornado - Tails whips up a mini-tornado, sending players in the way soaring.
- Amy: Piko Hammer - Amy whips out the Piko Hammer, using it to smash the other players.
- Knuckles: Emerald Power - With the power of the Master Emerald, Kunckles hovers ahead of the track, knocking others aside with his Hammer Punch
- Shadow: Super Shadow - With the power of the Chaos Emeralds, Shadow goes Super Shadow, attacking players with Chaos Spears
- Dr. Eggman: Missle Madness - Eggman transforms into his Hovercraft, abundant with his own special player targeting missles.
- Big: Giant Froggy - Froggy turns huge and Big grabs on to it's tail as Froggy hops ahead of the pack, squashing any player he jumps on.
- AiAi: Super Monkey Roll - AiAi calls his friends and jumps in to a Monkey Ball, rolling ahead and knocking players aside
- Billy Hatcher: Egg Rodeo - Billy does his signature Rooster call and his car is now encased by a giant Egg as he rolls down the track smashing other players.
- Amigo: Samba De Party - Amgio lashes out the maracas and starts a conga line in the middle of the race. Once he passes other players, they become hypnotized by the beat of the music and start dancing in line behind Amigo.
- Ulala: Tension Blast - Ulala gets to shooting as a Morolian takes the wheel and others above racers heads. She grabs her gun and shoots while dancing to the beat
- Beat: Tag Jamming - Beat grabs a can of spraypaint and skates ahead, tagging players along the way and making them spin-out.
- Zobio and Zobiko: Run-A-Way Love - Zobio drinks a radioactive potion and grows huge while Zobiko rides his shoulder. Zobio then runs ahead and attacks other players by smashing the ground.
- B.D. Joe: Crazy Boost - A random person drops into B.D. Joe's taxi with a wad of cash. B.D. Joe then drives wild, doing mad boosts and knocking other racers out of the way.
- Jacky Bryant & Akira Yuki: Virtual Fight - Akira jumps out of the car and punches it, causing Akira to shoot forward like a rocket for a short time.
- Ryo Hazuki: Working Man - Ryo jumps into the Forklift and flies forward, knocking any other racer aside.
- ChuChu Pilots: Cat-Walker - A giant KapuKapu comes on the track as a ChuChu rides on top. Small ChuChu mice appear on other players heads which attract the KapuKapu and cause it to attack other racers.
- Mobo & Robo (Bonanza Bros.): Blimp Strike - Robo tosses up Bobo into their Get-A-Way Blimp and Bobo unleashes the most deadliest rain there is, bomb rain. He throws them down on the races, causing them to spin out.
- Alex Kidd: Peticopter - Alex Kidd jumps into his Peticopter and takes flight as he shoots down ahead racers.
- Opa-Opa: Fantasy Thorn - Opa-Opa takes a visit to the parts shop and unleashes either Quartet Missles that fly in rows, a Rocket Engine which makes Opa-Opa fly ahead of the track, or Ultra Missles that explodes on other racers. (All can be seen in this vid)
- Mii (Nintendo Wii exclusive): Parade Power - The Mii calls out his friends for a little help to catch up to the racers. They run like mad and who knew they could run so fast!
