Nintendo Wii Points is a currency that Nintendo uses for its Wii and DS consoles through the Wii Shop Channel and the DS Shop. You can purchase points by an online credit card transaction or by purchasing a Nintendo Points Cards for example from here. Wii Points are generally sold in packs of 2,000 points.
